Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
· You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing).
· You receive the wrong item.
· You do not want the product you have received and decide to request for a return. You must make your request within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, counting from the date of your delivery.
· You are responsible for the shipping cost on non-defective returns.
· All items must be to be eligible for return or exchange.
· Shipping and upgraded delivery services (DHL, Shipping with Insurance & Tracking services) are not refundable. We provide free shipping for all of our customers, but if you decide to upgrade your shipping service, it is non-refundable.
· your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
· your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you’d like to make this exchange, please contact email@example.com and customer service will provide further instructions. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Please note that any non-defective returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee to prevent return/exchange abuse.
